1. Who can sell on SKUE?

SKUE is open to registered Canadian businesses offering products that are manufactured, formulated, or assembled in Canada. Products made with foreign ingredients or components are allowed as long as the final product is made or packaged in Canada.

We accept Canadian-made products across wellness, food, beauty, home goods, fashion, and more. All listings must comply with Canadian labeling, safety, and consumer protection regulations.

Just fill out our seller application form. Once approved, you can connect your store or upload products manually. We currently support integrations with Shopify, Magento, Wix, and Etsy.We believe in price consistency to build trust with buyers. Thanks to our lower platform fees and built-in cashback for customers, you'll still earn more per sale — and your customers get more value without paying more.

There are no listing fees. We only charge a commission on successful sales. Commission rates are lower than Amazon and will be disclosed during onboarding.

5. How do payouts work?

SKUE issues payouts twice a month (on the 1st and 15th) for all completed orders. You’ll be paid the total product amount excluding taxes, minus SKUE’s commission. Taxes are collected and remitted by SKUE as required by Canadian law.

6. Who handles shipping and returns?

Sellers are responsible for fulfilling and shipping their orders. You must provide clear shipping timelines and return/refund policies in your product listings. Buyers will reach out to you directly for return requests.

7. Can I sell wholesale as well?

Wholesale functionality is coming soon. We're working on tools that will allow you to set wholesale pricing, order minimums, and manage B2B buyers. Stay tuned!. You can enable wholesale pricing, set minimum order quantities, and manage both audiences from the same dashboard.
